Video Description
The patient is in a supine position. The involved side is in hip flexion, adduction and external rotation. The patient facilitates movement using one hand to assist hip flexion and adduction and the other to assist external rotation.
Duration - Frequency
Hold the stretch position for a total of 30 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest and repeat the stretch for another 30 seconds twice per day.
